Mid-Week Services Come to an End

After much prayerful thought, I have decided that it is time for the mid-week services to come to an end, effective immediately. The mid-week services, which have recently been a Eucharistic mid-day prayer combined with a bible study, have been a staple, in one form or another, at St Peter's for at least 50 years. However, as people have moved away or died, attendance has trickled to a steady 3-4 people, including me. This decision was not an easy one to make, but I am heartened by the other ministries that have begun and are gaining strength. And you just never know what may come up next for a daytime ministry. A phoenix always rises from its ashes.
